This is who we are
If a lawsuit has become inevitable, we think communication and contact with the client essential. For this reason our lawyers are easily accessible and employable, both in offensive and in defensive positions. We are versatile and flexible - service is our priority. The lawsuits are prepared and conducted thoroughly; the (procedural) documents drafted in consultation with the client, where possible, and tailored to the client’s demands.

Our lawyers prefer efficient and prompt litigation, aimed at achieving the best possible result. They litigate before all courts in the Netherlands as well as abroad, through InterAct. If necessary, attachment and/or enforcement measures are taken.

Litigation requires speed and care, perseverance and stamina, knowledge of the industry and a good command of Dutch, as well as English, French and German. The lawyers of De Vos & Partners meet all these criteria. The practice group consists of: Frank Oudolf, Frits Schirmeister, Leontien Boes and Tessa van Harten. They will be happy to help you.
